No, those boxes are not full of Target Bootie.
These twin boxes are packed to the gills with our quilts for the book and happily shipped off today! (oh, except for that last minute addition that still needs to be made.)
Their first destination will be Kansas to hunker down with Jacquie for the Holiday and then onto Interweave for their photo shoot. I so wish my plane on the way home from Florida could drop me into Jacquie’s tallgrass prairie to string all our quilts up together and take a deep breath.
Yeah!
How exciting! Congrats to you and Jacquie!
Yeah Katie!!!
hope your quilts travel safe, if only we could take a peek inside those boxes 😉
There’s a touch of your fabric in there!
Yeah!!! Congrats!! I can’t wait until we can all see them in the book!
Me either!
so excited about the book! I.can’t.wait! Isn’t it kinda scary to ship off your quilts? I always get so nervous every time I put a quilt in a box and send it off. Praying for safe arrival….And thanks for all your inspiration!
Hoping the load of insurance I put on it will make them treat it like fine china!
MOM SAYS–“DID YOU TAKE PICTURES OF ALL THE QUILTS BEFORE YOU SHIPPED THEM OFF”>
yup! in my iphoto, i’ll show you tomorrow. can’t wait!
Wow! Congratulations! Exciting times.
That must feel so good to have those being sent off to be turned into a book!! Congratulations!
Kathie, this is so exiting! Congratulations to both of you! It’s so nice to have something great to look forward too – and put on my birthday wish list…

Thanks! I was trying to remember if it was you that sent me the Santa fabric last year? Jog my memory?
Congratulations, Katie! How exciting! Enjoy your holiday travels.
