February 22, 2011 By Katie

One of my favorite things to do is make piles of coordinating fabrics. ย I’ve got a baby quilt commission.

I’m not sure if it will be A?

Or B?

I’m going to play around a bit today and see.

Oh I love B. It’d almost be worth having another baby to have a quilt like that. Almost.

I like B! But then, it has a bit of an orange pow to it, and I like orange ๐Ÿ™‚

I feel the same about orange.

I agree – B is my favorite – those colors are gorgeous! Love the orangey-yellow and aqua…

I just found out a new grandbaby is on the way. So…I kept scrolling back and forth. A or B. A or B. I like A, but I would love to work on B. Those little birds are too cute. Definitely worth making for a new grandchild.

I think A will go to my niece. It’s got a soft sweet look.

I, too, like b. I think it’s because it has a warm look to it and it’s been so darn cold lately. But a definitely is lovely too!

I need to start mucking with one of the sets today, I’ve been procrastinating.

It’s hard for me to know till I cut some of it up whether they’ll work in the design. Last night I did some of B, but need to change the fabrics a bit or the design to make it work. I like the colors in A, so soft.

Agreed – fabric stacking is such fun. One almost doesn’t need to do anything with them, they’re so satisfying. Almost.
