Lack of blogging in 2013 might have been due to crafting.  Perhaps my 2014 resolution should be to show up here more often.

I think it more likely that my resolution for 2014 will be to finish up started projects and quilt tops to clear out space for new inspiration.

Happy New Year everyone!

What a lot you’ve achieved! So lovely to see all the pictures. You could make a quilt of all your quilts. A block for each quilt/cushion. That’d be a challenge!

Wow! You have such a wonderful talent. My mother was fond of stitching and she made all my dresses when I was growing up. I always felt like a princess in a one of a kind gown. Looking at these photos brought back so many lovely memories.

Amazing! You must have some patience for all those quilts! I’m a beginner, myself. I’ve put some together, but never finished one. WOW, you are an inspiration!

What a gorgeous group of work! This collage includes some of my favorite quilts of all time. Whenever I see the oversized wonky star strip quilt, or the two HST solids quilts, or your cool HST pinwheel star, I want to make something similar. Unfortunately I don’t get nearly as much sewn in a year as you do, and expect that 2014 will again see many more ideas added to my mental list than quilts added to the household! I love all the inspiration you share though. Thank you so much, and best wishes for the new year!
