Once the purchase processes you should be able to download a pdf of the certificate to fill out and gift.  There is no expiration and no certificate number needed.  Holder of gift certificate can contact the studio at any time, pick the workshop of their choice and schedule a date. Cancellation policy applies for gift certificate holders that have scheduled their workshop.
